Erosion control on Anna Lane and Beach Lot planning update - November 2024

The Board recently purchased and planted ten Dogwood plants on the Anna Ln access lot. The variety is known for creating hardy, bushy plants with root systems that do well at the water line and protect against erosion. We want these and previous erosion control plantings to grow well in preparation for the lake returning..

Consultation with a contractor surveying the beach (boat launch) indicates it is in better shape than expected. However, volunteers may still be needed to do some leveling this spring. We might seek volunteers, especially residents planning to use the boat launch when the lakes return.

Association Dues are due by December 31, 2024

Annual dues are now $50 as approved at the May 20 association meeting.

Fall Chili Party - October 6, 2024 - 4PM

Membership Meeting - May 2024

Thank You to everyone who joined us for our Annual Membership meeting. We had an excellent turnout and members were able to vote on board member positions for the next term.
