Founded in the 1960s, our name honors the original farmland upon which our community was built. This is more than a place to live—it’s a place to belong. We value our community, where neighbors know each other by name and share in the natural beauty around us.
Our focus is on fostering camaraderie and mutual respect without unnecessary rules or fees. We trust the common sense and good judgment of our residents, guided by county and township regulations, to keep our neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable.
Together, we care for our common lakeside property—these are spaces for relaxation, recreation, and connection. Whether you’re spending a quiet day on the water, joining a community event, or simply taking in the view, this is a place where you can truly feel at home.

Your Membership
If you are a new member, expect a visit from a neighbor on our welcoming committee. We want to meet you and introduce ourselves! Also, we want to be sure you are in the loop for future communications. If you have questions or are new and haven’t heard from us yet, complete the form below! All communications and notifications of meetings and picnics are sent primarily via email. You will also be notified when annual fees are due. This small fee of only $50/year allows us to maintain our shared community property and fund activities supporting the neighborhood.
